About Me

Hi, I'm Foram. I'm a storyteller for the digital age. Crafting an experience with words is what excites me. I'm keenly aware of how content can make or break trust, evoke emotion, and spur people to action. That's what I'm here to do.

As a freelance journalist, editor, and content strategist, I have 15+ years of experience in creating content and managing programs for big tech, startups, nonprofits and online media. Clients, employers and publications include Meta, Pinterest, Northwell Health, NYU Langone Health, Pratham USA, The New York Times, Marie Claire, VICE, The Independent, The Bold Italic, Huff Post, Brown Girl Magazine, and more.

Some highlights of my career also include publishing a children's book on the power of collective action, working as an assistant producer for a documentary biopic profiling a hometown here, and as the assistant editor/ghostwriter for patient literature guiding patients and families through a complex brain surgery.

I have a penchant for health and wellness, humanitarian and environmental causes, social justice, and the arts, and I'm actively searching for ways to fuel these passions.

There's no doubt about it: Stories can change the world, and I'm working on writing the next one that will.
